Administration
Administration requirements for your company

Your Dutch company is obliged by law to keep a good and proper administration of all its rights and obligations. The management is obliged to prepare a balance sheet and profit & loss account of the company within 6 months after the financial year-end. These records should also be kept for a period of 7 years. The account reports must be done in compliance with the Dutch accounting regulations and filed annually with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce within 13 months after the financial year-end.

Holland Gateway would be pleased to help you find and select the reputable administration offices as appropriate for your needs to comply with the administration requirements.
