Holland Gateway welcomes the Hansa Green Tour 2010.

 The Holland Gateway office sees an influx of business men interested in durable energy attending a seminar led by Roel Swierenga. The seminar is a preparatory meeting for the Hansa Green Tour 2010.

The Hansa Green Tour 2010 is a new business networking event to promote clean and green technology. A new touring trade mission to establish new contacts in The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Meet the national clean tech organisations, visit the so-called ‘Green Capitals of Europe’ and learn from best practices in those cities that take the lead in sustainability.

In 7 days teams will drive by car from the Netherlands to the Green Capitals Stockholm (first winner 2010), Hamburg (winner 2011), Copenhagen and Oslo. In these cities matchmaking events will be organized to promote green mobility, renewable energy, sustainability initiatives and innovative technology. Participants can present themselves in 5 countries, meet with top industry decision makers, gain international media attention and find new clients.

Along the route several interesting projects will be visited such as the german Klima Centre, Cleantech Ostergötland, Future Valley Borlänge, Sweden Green Tech Building and Hammerby Sjöstad, Stockholms new exciting city district as most eco-friendly city model*. In Oslo participants will take part in the North European Renewable Energy Convention, a leading meeting place for the renewable energy sector.
